1. Please introduce the band: Name, age, instrument, and your favorite pizza
topping
Gigio: my name is Gigio, I play
the guitar and sing, my favourite pizza topping is ham.
Marselo : my name is Marselo, I play
the drums and do the computer stuff and sometimes I sing too, my favourite pizza topping is fresh tomatoes.
Joe: my name is Joe, I play
the bass and sing, my favourite pizza topping is Four
Cheeses (blue cheese, swiss
cheese, parmigiano and mozzarella).
2. How did you all meet and start the band?
Gigo met Joe at another band's reaharsal
place. They decided to start a band together and found other 2 players (another
guitarist and a drummer). After 3 years the band became a trio and Marselo replaced the first drummer.
3. I notice you sing in both Italian and English.
Why are some songs in English and some in Italian?
Which do you prefer? And would you
like to come to America to tour someday?
It's not quite true, the
only true italian song we play is a Renato Carosone cover "Tu vuo' fa'
l'americano" but we never recorded it. All our
songs are in english except
the first 2 records that are in "maccheronico"
english. We prefer english because it fits punk rock better than italian. Oh yes, we'd like to come to America to tour. If
you know someone who can organize it please let us know. We eat everything and
sleep everywhere.
4. I am sure you listen to a lot of American punk
rock records. Who are some of your favorite American bands, and why?
Gigio: I like almost every kind of music. Amongst american punk rock bands I like Green Day, Weezer(punk
rock?), NoFx, Down By Law and many more, but in fact
my favourite american band
is Aerosmith.
Marselo: I don't listen to punk rock music. I like movie soundtracks
(for ex.:Bernard Hermann) and
electronic music (for ex.:Aphex Twin or Squarepusher), Mike Patton's various projects etc.
Joe: I like all the bands
Gigio likes and I like very much LifeTime,
7 Seconds, Face To Face, LagWagon, No Use For A Name,
The Ataris, Civ, Gorilla Biscuits
and a hundred thousand more, but I also listen to a lot of 60's and 70's music
like the other guys in the band.

The only Italian punk band I've heard of is Negazione.
Who are some other important Italian punk bands that American fans should listen
to?
Marselo: Who the hell are Negazione???!!??
Gigio: I don't like italian
punk rock bands. The only one worth listening to was Jack & Spinotto (R.I.P.).
Joe: I like KillJoint,
Senza Benza, and Paolino Paperino Band
6. What are Italian kids like at shows? Do they
dance? Do they mosh? Or do they just stand there listening,
which is mostly what happens in the USA now.
It depends on what band is
playing. If it's a foreign band they will pogo all night long; if it's a local
band it must be a pretty famous one if you want to see someone dancing. Unfortunately
there is not much support for little local bands
7. Do you have MTV in Italy? Do they show any underground music?
Yes, we have MTV but they
show only signed bands.
8. Who is the
sexiest member of the band, and why?
